Alternatively if you would like to organise a delivery you are more than welcome to browse through our website and place it online.  

What happens if the recipient is not home to collect the flowers?

At checkout you will be asked whether they can be left at the doorstep if no one is home. If you have ticked yes the order will be left at doorstep and if you have ticked no you will be contacted. If we cant get a hold of you straight away there may be a re delivery fee added to the order.

What happens if there is no access to the property and no one is home?

The customer will be contacted and asked whether they would like the flowers re delivered at a later stage. In this case there will be an extra delivery charge as the courier will need to go back to the property later in the day.

Do the flowers come in a vase?

Each bouquet available to purchase will have the option to add a vase for $20.

Will the flowers be exactly the same as what i can see on the website?

Pictures are a representation only of previous bouquets in your selected colour tone. Flowers may differ due to seasons and availability but our floral specialists will endevour to stick to the colour palette presented. What we can promise is that they will be just as gorgeous!

Can i arrange a specific delivery time?

Our deliveries are delivered anywhere between the hours of 9am - 5pm. If you would like to organise a specific delivery time you will need to call us on 0426 716 665 as additional charges may be added.
